​Villa Alegria, part of a small private development overlooking the ocean, is a contemporary six bedroom, five & 1/2 bathroom villa that has both a large outdoor living area and sleek modern interiors. Stretching out toward the Sea of Cortez, the villa's heart is its extensive terrace, which includes a pool and jacuzzi, BBQ, outdoor sound system and a landscaped garden ending in a covered al-fresco dining area overlooking the water. Inside, Villa Alegria has an updated kitchen that overlooks the living/dining room. The villa also includes a TV room, fitness center, bar and entertainment area. Each of the five bedrooms at Villa Alegria has an en-suite bathroom; all but one have balcony access and ocean views.
